Engine repair: how we help
For engine work on the 2017 Audi S3, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.
About your S3
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the S3. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at.
From request to repair
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
Your rental while you wait
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Talking to the shop
Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
Good habits for your car
Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
When you know your dates
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request engine repair
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
