Arranging the work for the Brooklands
The 2009 Bentley Brooklands and engine work: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.
About your Brooklands
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. The 6.7L 8-cylinder turbo is what moves it, with rear-wheel drive.
Our part and the shop's part
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
Keep moving meanwhile
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. The rental is priced like any other on our site. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Getting a clear quote
Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
Between shop visits
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Over to you
Need a rental too? Add it to the same request.
Request engine repair
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
