We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Between shop visits
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
Talking to the shop
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
