Arranging the work for the Charger
Your Dodge Charger needs engine work? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.
About your Charger
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. If you have the service history of your Charger, have it ready for the shop.
Our part and the shop's part
You approve the shop's quote before any work. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Driving while yours is at the shop
We collect the rental when your car is back. The rental is priced like any other on our site. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Between shop visits
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
A short checklist
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Next step
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request engine repair
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
Rent a car while yours is in in Toronto
We have no car while yours is in on the site right now. Request one and we look for it for your dates, or take a similar car that is available now.
