For engine work on your Eagle Medallion, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.
Before the shop sees your Medallion
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Medallion. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
From request to repair

Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
What to ask
Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
