The Ford F-650: Engine repair
For engine work on your Ford F-650, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.
Details the shop needs
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the F-650.
How the arrangement works
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. You approve the shop's quote before any work.
A rental while you wait
Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Getting a clear quote
Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
Good habits for your car
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
Ready when you are
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request engine repair
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
