About your Forward Control
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Forward Control. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
Who does what
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Getting a clear quote
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Small things that help
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
When you know your dates
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request engine repair
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
