Engine repair for the GMC Hi-Cube
For engine work on the GMC Hi-Cube, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.
Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
What we arrange
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
A car meanwhile
The rental is priced like any other on our site. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Good habits for your car
Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
What to ask
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
Ready when you are
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
