The 2021 Kia Seltos EX: Engine repair

Engine repair for your 2021 Kia Seltos EX: arranged with a trusted shop, never done by CarmaCars, with a rental if you need one. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

Before the shop sees your Seltos

Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. If you have the service history of your Seltos, have it ready for the shop. The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive and an automatic (CVT).

What CarmaCars does here

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Driving while yours is at the shop

A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.

Getting a clear quote

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Small things that help

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

Want a price?

Ask, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
