The Mahindra: Engine repair
For engine work on the Mahindra, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.
Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
Who does what
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Small things that help
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
Questions first?
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
