We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Good habits for your car
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
