What the figures tell you

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, paired with a 7-speed automatic, drives it. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It is rated 8.3 L/100 km combined: about 25 litres every 300 km. At our price setting, it costs about $12.87 to drive 100 km.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits stop-and-go driving and rideshare or delivery work.

Space and size

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. Luggage space is rated at 340 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Getting this car from us

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check.

How it works

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Rules for renters

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Your move

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
