How renting with us works

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What we need from you

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
