Requirements

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
