Executive car service and the 2007 Buick Lucerne
Searching for executive car service? Here is the 2007 Buick Lucerne: what it is like and how to rent it. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.
What the figures tell you
The engine is the 3.8L 6-cylinder, with front-wheel drive and a 4-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.
Rated at 11.8 L/100 km combined, it needs around 35 litres for a 300 km round trip. Expect about $18.29 per 100 km at our price setting.
What the Lucerne is like
As a large sedan, it is easy to drive and park in the city. EPA lists 481 litres of luggage space, enough for a family's bags for a long weekend.
Who rents the Lucerne
It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.
In our fleet
None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Getting the car booked
First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.
You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
Driver requirements
Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.
Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
