Before you rent

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
