Checking your details

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
