Executive car service and the 1997 Dodge Intrepid
For a car with a driver, the 1997 Dodge Intrepid could fit; below, the figures and how booking works. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.
What the specs mean
Its powertrain is the 3.3L 6-cylinder with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
Fuel use is rated 11.8 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 35 litres. At our price setting, it costs about $18.29 to drive 100 km.
Good uses for the Intrepid
It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.
How big it is
Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. At 481 litres, the trunk fits a family's bags for a long weekend.
Renting this car
Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Renting: the basics
We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
The booking steps
Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.
A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
