How renting with us works

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

What to have ready

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
