From request to keys

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Driver requirements

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
