How renting with us works

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Who qualifies

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
