Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
