Executive car service: 2021 Hyundai Elantra Ultimate in Java

The 2021 Hyundai Elantra Ultimate: Executive car service

For a car with a driver, here is what the 2021 Hyundai Elantra Ultimate brings, and how to request one. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

The Elantra and Java

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 3,178 km from Java, and does not deliver there.

Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction are the closest places to Java on our list.

What the specs mean

Under the hood: the 1.6L 4-cylinder turbo and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

The EPA rates it at 7.6 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 23 litres. A 300 km weekend costs about $35.34 in energy at our price setting.

How big it is

As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. For luggage, 396 litres means about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

When the Elantra makes sense

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Can you rent one?

Meanwhile, 8 similar cars are listed below. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

Booking made plain

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Renting: the basics

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
