Places around Java include Tara Village, South Side and Howe.

Specs, explained

It runs the 2.5L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

The EPA rates it at 9.0 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 27 litres. At our price setting, it costs about $13.95 to drive 100 km.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Space and size

As a compact SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Getting one from us

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

The rules, briefly

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

From request to keys

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
