The 2015 Lexus LS: Executive car service
If you need a car with a driver, the 2015 Lexus LS is one option; this page explains the car and how booking works. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.
Specs, explained
It is powered by the 5.0L 8-cylinder hybrid, with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.
Plan on about 35 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 11.5 L/100 km. A 300 km weekend costs about $53.49 in energy at our price setting.
Good uses for the LS
It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.
Space and size
It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. EPA lists 283 litres of luggage space, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.
Rent it from us
Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Driver basics
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
Booking made plain
It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.
You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
When you know your dates
Send your dates and we will reply with a car and a price.
