Checking your details

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
