What to expect when you book

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Renting: the basics

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
