Renting: the basics

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Booking, step by step

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
