Executive car service and the 1995 Mazda MX-3
If a car with a driver is the plan, the 1995 Mazda MX-3 is worth a look; here is why. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.
What the specs mean
It uses the 1.6L 4-cylinder and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.
For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 25 litres, from its 8.4 L/100 km rating. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $13.02 at our price setting.
Inside and out
A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. EPA lists 425 litres of luggage space, enough for a family's bags for a long weekend.
When the MX-3 makes sense
It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.
Renting the MX-3 from CarmaCars
This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
The steps
Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.
Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
Driver basics
If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.
Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
One more step
Have a question first? Send a request with it, and a person answers.
