Rules for renters

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

How renting with us works

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
