What we ask of drivers

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Your booking, in three steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
