What to have ready

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

How renting with us works

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
