The 2007 Rolls-Royce Phantom: Executive car service

For a car with a driver, here is what the 2007 Rolls-Royce Phantom brings, and how to request one. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

What the specs mean

Its 6.7L 12-cylinder drives through a 6-speed automatic. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

At 16.8 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 50 litres of fuel. Per 100 km, plan on roughly $29.40.

What the Phantom is like

Being a mid-size car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. With 396 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who the Phantom suits

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

How booking works

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Before you rent

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
