Executive car service and the 1982 Saab 900
For a car with a driver, the 1982 Saab 900 could fit; below, the figures and how booking works. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.
The numbers in plain words
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
How big it is
As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight.
Good uses for the 900
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.
Rent it from us
None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
The booking steps
Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.
Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
Checking your details
Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.
You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
Questions first?
When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.

Can I rent a 1982 Saab 900 in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
