Before you rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

The steps

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
