Renting for Bald Knobs

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Bald Knobs starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. Bald Knobs is about 568 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Nearby places include Merritt, Stiversville and Oldtown Flats.

Under the hood

The powertrain here is the 2.5L 4-cylinder with all-wheel drive and an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Combined fuel use is 8.2 L/100 km: about 25 litres for 300 km. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.13 at our price setting.

Good uses for the Forester

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. Families, skiers and anyone with bulky luggage.

Inside and out

An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Can I rent it?

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Who can rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

The steps

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Your move

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
