From request to keys

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

The rules, briefly

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
