What to expect when you book

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

What to have ready

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
