Rules for renters

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
