Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
