Before you rent

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Booking made plain

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
