Getting the car booked

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

What we check

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
