How booking works

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Renting: the basics

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
