A note on Java

Java is about 1,639 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Close by are Selby, Lowry and Sitka, each with its own page.

The figures, translated

The 1.8L 4-cylinder does the work, through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

At 7.5 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 23 litres of fuel. In money, 1,000 km costs about $116.30 at our price setting.

Room inside

Being a mid-size car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 368 litres of luggage space fit about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

When the Corolla makes sense

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Rent it from us

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you.

What to expect when you book

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Renting: the basics

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Make a request

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
