Executive car service: VPG

The VPG: Executive car service

For a car with a driver, here is what the VPG brings, and how to request one. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

Reading the spec sheet

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Best uses

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Can you rent one?

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We have no VPG on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

Who can rent

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

What happens when you ask for a car

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
