Your smart: the work
For your smart, exterior detailing starts with a short request. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What your car means for the work
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Your request
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Driving while yours is in
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Keeping it that way
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
A few things first
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
How the price is set
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
How long it takes
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
