Booking the work for the Excursion
Your Ford Excursion needs a full detail? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
The request
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
A rental while we work
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Planning around the work
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
What goes into a quote
We price the job before we start, never after. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
Keeping it that way
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
