Your STI: the work
This page covers a full detail for the STI, and a rental while the car is with us. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
What your car means for the work
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
From request to appointment
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A rental meanwhile
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Timing
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
What goes into a quote
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
One more step
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
Request full detail
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
