Your MINI: the work
Book a hand wash for the MINI, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. A hand wash is gentler on the paint than brushes, and it reaches the places a tunnel misses.
What your car means for the work
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Booking the work
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
What to bring
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
How long it takes
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
Why prices differ
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
Over to you
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
