Driver basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Booking in plain terms

You ask for the car online with your dates, and you pay nothing to send it. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
